Products and prices
BugIt is downloadable software that works with the AI assistant you choose, in Visual Studio Code or a terminal, and helps QA teams draft, review, and file bug reports to their tracker.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The amount charged is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Additional charges and taxes
The amount shown at checkout is the total charged for the product. Any tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout before payment. You are responsible for your own internet access and any charges from your own service providers. There are no recurring charges and no other fees.
Payment methods and payment timing
Payment is processed by Stripe. The card and other payment methods offered by Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase are accepted. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. BugIt is a one year license: there is no subscription, the license does not renew automatically, and there is no further charge after purchase. When the year ends, you may buy a new license.
Digital delivery timing
Delivery is digital. Immediately after payment is confirmed, the download and browser based activation in the BugIt Portal become available in your account.
License term and product scope
- Your purchase grants a license that lasts 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically. When the year ends the license expires, and continued use requires a new purchase.
- Updates and license services are included for 365 days during the term.
- BugIt Solo may be used on 1 device at a time by one user.
- BugIt Team covers up to 5 members. Each member has their own BugIt account and activates their own device, managed centrally in the BugIt Portal.
System requirements
BugIt needs an AI assistant that you supply and that can run a command, such as GitHub Copilot Chat or the Claude extension in Visual Studio Code, or another assistant, together with a supported version of Python. It can also run standalone in a terminal with your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, for drafting and exporting reports. Filing to a tracker uses an API token that you create in your own tracker account and paste into BugIt. Internet access is needed to activate and to verify the license periodically. Between those checks BugIt continues to work offline for up to 72 hours.
Cancellations and refunds
BugIt offers a voluntary 7 day refund policy, which applies according to its terms. See the Refund Policy.
Because delivery is digital and begins immediately at your request, a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right may be affected once delivery has started. Where this applies, you are asked to acknowledge it at checkout before payment.
Nothing in this disclosure limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Faulty or nonconforming digital content
If the digital content is faulty, does not match its description, or does not conform to what was purchased, contact support@bugit.dev. Your legal rights in respect of faulty or nonconforming digital content are not affected.
